Mistaken Ban on my Battlefield6 account

Hey all,

I’m writing to ask for help with a mistaken ban on my BF6 account (EA ID: czd114514).I’m a long-time Battlefield fan, own 1, 5, 2042, and pre-ordered the BF6 Deluxe Edition. I’ve never used cheats or mods, and my stats (300+ hours, level 160, KD 1.2, KPM 0.58) show I’m just a casual player.

I think the ban was caused by a Trojan virus on my old gaming PC. I’ve appealed before, but now there’s no ban record in my account, even though I’m still locked out. I can’t even submit a new appeal.

I really love this game and just want to play again. Any help or advice would be amazing!

    Sorry to hear you’ve been having trouble with the appeal process.

    If you don’t see the violation you want to appeal listed in the Penalty History tool, use this webform instead.

    1. Open the webform.
    2. Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
    3. Select Submit.
    4. Then select Email us.

    Your case will be sent to our dedicated team for review. You can expect an email from noreply@ea.com within 10 days, though sometimes it takes longer. The email will give you more information about our decision and how to dispute it if you think we’ve made a mistake.
