Movement halts when swapping to gadgets while using KBM on Xbox Series X

As the title suggests, when running keyboard and mouse on my Xbox any time I swap to a gadget or from a gadget to my weapon my movement is instantly halted. I could be dead sprinting and try to pull out my defibs or rocket and my guy just stops stone cold where he's at, requiring me to then lift my finger and press the movement key to continue my movement.

Anyone know of any fixes or if this is a known issue? I'd like to play with KBM since the game is fully crossplay.
