Moving mouse + pressing buttons causes jitter.

When panning with the mouse(looking left to right)(or any direction) while simultaneously pressing keyboard buttons(i.e.: move, crouch, spot, interact, etc...)it causes the display to jitter like if you had an fps drop. I run smoothly 120 fps and althgough the fps counter still displays 120, i can see the issue happening.
