All multipayer modes are locked in the menu. When I select one it sends me to subscribe to a MS game pass (with the three different levels). I already have an active account. With MS and play other games.
I’ve linked my MS Xbox account. With E. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I’ve restarted the game and my console and all combinations of the above, but still have the same issue.

Also having this issue. Reported it to EA support and there is no ETA to fix it. Very frustrating to pay for this game and gamepass and then be locked out of multiplayer.
