Multiplayer Locked Xbox

All multiplayer modes are all of a sudden locked for me. When I try to play one it pops up and asked me to buy the Phantom edition which I already own. 

I had the campaign uninstalled so I reinstalled the campaign portion and restarted the Xbox. Nothing is fixing it.
