Turned xbox on & can't play battlefield 6 with the error requires battlefield 6 which i have and been playing multiplayer conquest etc, but now get a message saying requires battlefield 6 to play I've unplug my xbox from mains & restart xbox & uninstall & reinstalled and still the same!!!!
Is there anybody from EA who can help or sort this bug out......it's a bit unfair buying the game for £45 only to find out you can't even play it.
I've been having the same issue for past 2-3 weeks. EA wants to blame it on the disk or XBox drive, but since I've reinstalled the game several times from the same disk, I don't buy it. They are not accepting any responsibility at all. Since my original disk was bought a couple months ago, I'm outside of the return window, so I've got a new one coming and if that doesn't fix it, then I can return it. The game worked okay for a couple months, though it threw errors a lot, but now I can't play it online at all.
