Multiple purchases of BFC after in game stated it didn't go through.

Hello,

I was attempting to purchase some BFC and it kept stating it didnt go through and i didn't lose any funds, now i have 6 charges for BFC coin on my paypal and to my bank. I tried using the self refund tool and the purchases are there but i cant select any to be refunded. I emailed EA help hoping they can assist me. What is the course of action here. There is No phone number to call. Please help!
