Complete System Shutdown on Xbox Series S
A problem that was supposedly fixed in season 1 has unfortunately resurfaced in season 3, my Xbox Series S has completely shutdown twice since the launch of season 3 and did so on the regular during season 1 as I have reported numerous times on EA Forums, YouTube, and my review on Xbox.
I noticed this issue started after the launch of season 1 with reports of it happening since the beta and for the most of the season I was unable to play BATTLEFIELD 6 which was very frustrating as you can imagine and barely completed the season 1 PRO Battlepass and thankfully it seemed the issue/s causing my console to just flat out shutdown was resolved but unfortunately this is not the case as of yesterday and I must say I skipped season 2 entirely so if this issue resurfaced during that time I was unaware.
This does not happen with any other game, I must be completely and honestly clear about this!
I play with crossplay turned off and adjusted my TV & display options on my Xbox Series S as recommended by members of the community I even power cycled the console more than once to try and resolve the issue plus uninstalling and reinstalling the game at least 3 times over the span of this issue affecting me but to no avail.
If a moderator or someone with higher authority help or at least pass this on to the developers please and thank you, I love BATTLEFIELD and have been playing since Bad Company 2 and would like to continue to do so.
