Mutiplayer Party Issue

some people are saying to close steam and launch it in admin, i did this and it did not do anything, if you are playing on steam, do that and then in the download screen at the top right there is a cog click on it, make sure you're still in the download settings, scroll down and clear cache, this should restart steam and when you load it back up battlefield should start downloading a 10-11gb update
