My Battlefield 6 has been wrongly banned.
I'm an internet cafe player without my own computer. I preordered Battlefield 6 and also have Battlefield 1, Battlefield 5, and Battlefield 2042. This is my first preorder, and I played it with great joy. Due to the difficulty of unlocking weapons in the first season, I don't have much time to play at the internet cafe, so I can only go to the portal to quickly obtain these weapons. In addition, I haven't used any cheats. The computers at the internet cafe come with Tencent's ACE anti-cheat system, which might be the reason for the wrongful ban. I've been waiting for EA to review my case for almost a month now. I really want to play Battlefield 6 again, and I'm eagerly awaiting the review. Please help me get reviewed as soon as possible. If you've already filled out an appeal, you can keep an eye on your case history page for an update from the Terms of Service team. I'm afraid we aren't able to provide updates or account changes on the forums.
If it's been waiting for a month to be reviewed however, you can contact support directly to check for other updates. They'd be best equipped to see if there are any other actions needed to have that looked into without further delays, thanks!
