My Battlefield 6 has been wrongly banned.

I'm an internet cafe player without my own computer. I preordered Battlefield 6 and also have Battlefield 1, Battlefield 5, and Battlefield 2042. This is my first preorder, and I played it with great joy. Due to the difficulty of unlocking weapons in the first season, I don't have much time to play at the internet cafe, so I can only go to the portal to quickly obtain these weapons. In addition, I haven't used any cheats. The computers at the internet cafe come with Tencent's ACE anti-cheat system, which might be the reason for the wrongful ban. I've been waiting for EA to review my case for almost a month now. I really want to play Battlefield 6 again, and I'm eagerly awaiting the review. Please help me get reviewed as soon as possible.     If you've already filled out an appeal, you can keep an eye on your case history page for an update from the Terms of Service team. I'm afraid we aren't able to provide updates or account changes on the forums.

    If it's been waiting for a month to be reviewed however, you can contact support directly to check for other updates. They'd be best equipped to see if there are any other actions needed to have that looked into without further delays, thanks!

    ican't reach them. My webpage keeps showing "connection failed".

    Are you using a VPN or proxy? Can you try disabling that if so, or using a different network like mobile data instead of WiFi? 

    It may help to clear your browser cache and cookies or try using an incognito mode window and creating the case as a guest if you're still having trouble getting that created.

    The appeal case has been successfully created and submitted, but I still can't connect to online support no matter whether using a VPN or not. I even tried in the internet cafe, but couldn't connect either.

  • mate let me tell u what gonna happend since I have same issue for 6months and getting bann over and over after each update. they dinied your appeal and dont give u a correct answer. dont wast ur time. TOS team doesnt read tickets and i blieve auto system answer u

    There was no response from the first appeal after 15 days or even longer, so I closed the case and appealed again. It responded to me the next day, unfortunately, it was just a template reply from a robot. So I appealed for the third time, but there hasn't been any result yet. It's really disappointing.
