Hi there, sorry to hear that you haven’t been able to launch the game properly after purchasing it. That’s definitely not the experience we want for you.
Your situation sounds somewhat similar to the issue being discussed in this thread, so could you please take a look there first and try the suggested steps?
If the issue continues, I may need a bit more information to better understand what may be happening, such as any related Windows Event Viewer logs and your DxDiag report.
