My loadouts won't save

I noticed this shortly after the game came out. Playing Recon, after I had a few unlocks, I'd select the items I wanted to keep on my M2010 ESR, and then I'd 'favourite' it and save it. But every time when I started a game, it wouldn't be there. I'd have to go back into my loadout at the beginning of each game and switch the things around every time. Then yesterday, it got even worse than that. I'd go in and switch my loadout as before, save and go to start the match, only to find out that it didn't actually switch anything (specifically taking off the range finder and putting on the ADS bolt). I'd go and shoot, and then go to shoot again only to watch the animation of looking away from the scope to rechamber a round. And when I die, I'd go in to change the loadout and try to fix it, only to see that it's saved correctly from the first time at the start of the match; everything is there. But when I start playing (shooting), the range finder is still on, and the ADS bolt is not.

And side note/rant. I really, REALLY hate the kill-cam. It's such an incredibly stupid thing to have in a game. Especially when you have a whole class, Recon, which is based on stealth. What good is Recon if you kill someone and it announces it to the player where you are?

I forgot to add, but I don't think it's relative.
Core i9 14900K, 64GB DDR5 6800 RAM, RTX 4090, 3Gb Fiber Internet, wired connection, Windows 11 Pro. All drivers updated. Verified Steam files. And obviously since it's been going on for days, restarted the computer many times.
