Need help understanding why I received a warning and how to fix it

Hello!

Please note that English isn't my first language.

I received a penalty because of "Inappropriate Content (General) in Battlefield 6".

I figured it was my username, which is from my Steam account.

I tried to send an appeal asking how I can go about fixing this, since I do want to do right by the community rules.

My appeal was denied, and now it says the penalty type is "Your EA Account" for the game "EA Account".

How do I go about fixing this? Talking to the AI support bot gives me nothing, and I can't find what I'm looking for in the support category.
