No reward for Destruction Receipt Challenge

On Sep 25 I was contacted by the official Battlefield account at X that I have placed in the top 100 of the BF6 Destruction receipt challenge in the BF6 Open Beta and to provide them with my EA ID and email and on launch I will have a surprise. I did that and started waiting like a kid for Christmass.

Mather of fact I placed #26th in this challenge.

And on October 10th my surprise was that I had no destruction reward and was also affected by the "Missing DLC" issue unable to play the game.

Some time later I opened a EA Help case and nearly 1 month later I was going back and forward with the EA support. Nobody was able to even tell what the missing reward is. I tried to reach out also to Battlefield, Battlefield Coms and various BF officials without any reply from them regarding this matter.

Eventually I found what the reward is on my own in a reddit post and it turns out it is the "Guns Blazing" vehicle decal that I have missing from the game.

I saw in here that there is similar case with another person who says that was in the top 100 but didn't receive his reward.

Support at EA Help told me that they cannot provide me with the reward anymore and I should write a topic here and hope for a community manager to notice me. 

Support said that they sent this issue to the devs and closed my case but 2 patches later still no reward.
