No xp issue

For the past day and a half I have been having issues with getting little to no xp I’ve used boosters and wasted 6x weapons boosters and career boosters and still have gotten 0 xp I was lvl 80 now I’m lvl 79 my rpk was lvl 21 now it’s lvl 20. Please help I’ve reset my game and my console I’m LAN connected to my Xbox so it’s not connectivity issues. I’m not sure what to do!
