Not being able to leave a match

Hello, 

Once I'm in a game it will not leave that match via the bottom option "LEAVE TO MENU - Quit"
It happens when I'm in or out of a party, happens the most when I play some matches.

Not sure what the exact causes is maybe that I have the game on HDD and not a SSD.

I'm on PC and playing on STEAM.
