not getting rewards for completions

i have completed recon and the support challenges and yet it did not give me the rewards for it. the guns i did not get was the kts100 lmg. the psr sniper, or the scw10 smg. the gear i didnt get the m320a1 smoke gernade. i have completed those challenges for them but they are still locked and i cant use them.
