Not receive reward after payment

Good evening, i have enquiries about my payment for the in-game store purchases. I previously have paid for the battlefield pro but did not receive any reward from the battlepass section even thought it said has been claimed. And recently i have also made a payment for the phantom edition payment but did not unlock any of the reward for the phantom edition pack and the in store section for purchases is also missing. Please i really need help and i have spent alot on this game and not unlocking any of the rewards
