Not receiving email verification

If you're not receiving a verification email from us, can you please give the following troubleshooting steps a try: 

• Navigate to your inbox Settings > Junk Mail (for Hotmail) or Settings > Filters and Blocked (for Gmail) and make sure [email protected] is a safe sender or an unblocked address
• Locate an email from [email protected] and allow images to be displayed
• Send a reply to an email from [email protected]

Afterward, if you're still not receiving the verification code or have already tried the above to no avail, you can connect with our live support team to change the email address associated with your account or add a secondary email address to receive verification codes. Once you fill in the web form with 'Login Issues' as your topic, you should be redirected to a self-service page that will include an option to chat with an advisor.
