Okay SERIOUSLY now; EA / DICE you have to fix REPAIR and HEAL not tracking

I just finished the healing today. It does track but you need to throw the bag and people need to be near it for a length of time. Good to use when everyone is hiding behind a rock waiting to push or holding a position. 

Once I figured out when healing happens it was not too hard to get the amount needed for the smoke launcher
