One of the Best Battlefields the World Has Ever Seen.

Battlefield 6 Boss Wanted to Create ‘One of the Best Battlefields the World Has Ever Seen’ After 2042 Failure.

I have been playing Battlefield since BF 1942.  It was a first person shooter and it had vehicles, I was instantly hooked, and I have been playing ever since.  With BF 6 they "Wanted to Create One of the Best Battlefields the World Has Ever Seen, After 2042 Failure"  Well, what they created is the most frustrating title that I have ever played.  2042 might have had a botched launch, but at least it ran.  I'm
not even talking about things like shots not registering due to bad net code, if that isn't frustrating enough.  Not talking about challenges not tracking, sinking through floors in buildings on Red Sector, the drone bug, the cheaters who blatantly make a mockery of the anti-cheat, or the plethora of other bugs in the game.  I'm talking about the thing crashing so often that it becomes unplayable.  This is extra bogus, and yes I did try various solutions, manually setting the paging file size, lowering ram speed, etc.  It keeps crashing to desktop.  I realize that it's early, but this is unacceptable.  I love the game, it's by far my favorite.  I have a ton of games and I play Battlefield 97-99% of the time, so it pains me to say that this has literally been one of the most frustrating games that I have ever played.

  • The game has been playing much better today, but there was no update???  I updated to the most recent Nvidia driver and I did a clean install.  It was only about two versions out of date.  Sometimes it exits to the desktop as though you hit Alt Tab.  I noticed this type of behavior before except it would completely crash the game, now the game still runs in the taskbar, and you can resume, but still crashes some of time.  On one of the crashes iCUE Nexus locked up, there might be a conflict with iCUE software.  Grenade launcher grenades went through enemy players.  Disable mines displays all the time in tanks and fighting vehicles.  The same already completed challenges show when starting certain matches.  Sometimes the graphics on the Manhattan map become grainy.  Running through burning grass sets you on fire?

I unplugged the iCUE Nexus LCD screen.  The game still crashes, it has been crashing a lot less however.  iCUE software also crashed while installing the Nvidia driver.  Disable mines no longer shows constantly, now it shows briefly when the vehicle is hit.  Engine sound in tanks and IFV's cuts out sometimes.  When new items in the optics section of weapons are viewed, the orange dot does not clear.  Sometimes the screen looks as though you are looking through a scope, where the view filed is round and the edges of the screen are dark.
