PC - Campaign mode is ALWAYS windowed

Whenever I switch to campaign and the campaign mode launches, no matter what I set in the graphics settings, even at fullscreen settings the game is always windowed. There is no change of anything on switching to borderless or windowed or fullscreen, it always stays like this. Pressing the maximize/shrink button of windows (beside the X) only changes the size of the view within the window, but it is always windowed.

This issue doesn't exist in the multiplayer/training etc modes.

Screenshots attached.

Same problem. When starting campaign mode the game restarts and then won't fullscreen. I tried disabling fullscreen optimizations, alt enter, F11, flipping the Fullscreen option on and off. No luck.

I got it into fullscreen by navigating to the BF6 game /SP folder and running the bf6.exe in there (the main game loads that .exe which is when the problem occurs). It still does a similar "restart" when you start a campaign level but it doesn't kick out of fullscreen when it starts loading.

And now it seems to be working from the regular shortcut, too. 🤔

I also have this problem on an Acer Nitro 17 AMD Ryzen 7 4050 FHD laptop. Pressing F11 or alt+enter does nothing for me. Hopefully they fix this soon, the windowed mode is tanking my fps. Will just play multiplayer for now. Alt+enter does work on the launcher thing or whatever (just installed the game).
