    Hey MadfirePL

Thanks again for the detailed report and for listing everything you’ve already tested.

I’d suggest testing the game from a newly created Windows user account. It’s a relatively quick and low-risk way to check whether the crash is related to something specific to your current Windows profile.

    Please try the following:

    1. Create a new local Windows user account. Manage User Accounts in Windows
    2. Sign into that account.
    3. Launch Steam/EA app normally — don’t enable “Run as administrator.”
    4. Sign into your usual accounts.
    5. Launch Battlefield 6 and test a brand-new Campaign.

If Campaign works from the new Windows account, that would point more toward something specific to the original Windows profile.

If it crashes in exactly the same way, we can rule that out and the next useful test would be a Windows clean boot, since some services and drivers run across all user accounts.
