PC Crashing randomly in BF6

Hey everyone,

Maybe some of you are experiencing the same issue, or perhaps someone has a solution.

My PC randomly crashes while playing Battlefield 6. The screen goes black, and I have to press the reset button to restart the system.

At this point, I've narrowed the issue down and suspect that it might be related to the Xbox App and the Microsoft GameInput Service. For some reason, Battlefield 6 doesn't seem to get along with either of them. The Microsoft GameInput Service keeps getting triggered and reconfigured, and immediately afterward, the PC crashes.

Microsoft Support has already remotely connected to my PC and ruled out any hardware defects. Their recommendation was to contact the game developer instead. I also made a fresh Windows 11 install, no change.

I've already tried disabling the Microsoft GameInput Service, but it still gets triggered somehow. Does anyone know anything about this issue or has experienced something similar?

I also can't uninstall it permanently. After every reboot—or sometimes even while Windows is running—it simply gets reinstalled automatically by Windows.
