Permanent account closure

Without reason or evidence, without explanation, in a dictatorial manner, and the reason is to force the player to buy the game again to generate revenue for the company.

Hi there. I'm very sorry for your frustration. What you're assuming though is absolutely not true. If your account was banned, please submit a dispute so that ToS can perform an investigation. It's possible it could get overturned. Instructions for that can be found here.
