Phantom edition bought but getting on the game then saying purchase failed

I have bought the phantom edition pre ordered and I can play the game downloaded everything but haven't received the additional add ons with this edition I get a message saying purchase failed but I have bought the phantom edition.

Hi. I'm in exactly the same situation as you. I bought the Phantom Edition, but the game says it's not purchased. I click "Buy" and purchase failed. Have you found a solution to the problem? i play on ps5
