Ping issues with BF6 when playing with friends

hello 

im playing on ps5 , when i play alone the ping at max 40 , when i play with my friends my ping always go to 120-130 

im on ps5 , lan cable 500MB speed , we both on same country but diffrent isp , most of the time they take us to middel east server which i got ping 120 

but sometime we get to europe server my ping go again to 40 , 

ps : when we go to ME servers my ping is 130 and my friend ping is 80 

when we go to europe server my ping is 40 and my friends ping 60 

i already talk for hours with my isp but there no solution
