Exactly the same here guys,
Purchased and downloaded yesterday via EA Play Pro.
Played two games, didn't use game chat or voice chat once and L/D was average.
Logged off, came back to play in the evening and bam I had a full ban, despite this not showing in the account penalties section, only shows when I try to boot up the game.
Impossible to contact support, the only way to chat with them is by chosing an alternative game via the support ticket and even then they're not really that helpful.
