Please List All Challenges/Achievments Not Unlocking Here

Platform: Steam - Challenges :  Qlink 6 with Assault 1 & Qbz-192 with Danger Close 1

My KTS100 m8 won't unlock after completing Bullet storm, but it has unlocked the second gun in challenge, the 240L

i am on pc playing through steam, with a 9800x3d and 4090 strix with 32gb of 6000 ram

So far i have tried

Restarting game and playing a full round

Restarting pc

Restarting steam

using repair feature on steam

uninstalling game fully, deleting all folders and registry keys

reinstalling game

repairing game a second time

restarting game a second time after playing a few rounds fully

Doing the challenge a second time to see if it unlocks

the problems started when the challenges were lowered

using the 240l and levelling it up to see if it unlocks the first weapon, the kts100 m8 ijn bullet storm challenge

 None of this is working and i am now out of options apart from reinstalling w11 then reinstalling game which i doubt will work

i also have other weapons not unlocking after challenge complete, like the 
KORD. i had the AK205 fully levelled at weapon lvl 46 and it has now fully reset

plus other stuff

can this be fixed or looked into, there is now point doing the grind for challenges if this much is missing or not completing and i am sure there is more stuff missing or broken

It is great the devs are launching new maps and game types etc but these bugs need priority to be fixed as this is game breaking

i have posted on steam and ea re these but none of them have even been replied to by devs

cmon guys/girls fix it or at least acknowledge someone is looking at it. i spent 89.99 gbp on this game and its broken

please at least reply to this i have taken my time to do as much as possible to help you guys fix it, now its your turn
