Portal - cant host

Still cant host a portal server due to qouta limit. This is a big part of the game, EA please fix - increase your server quota, remove the 'farming' ones and the multiples of the same game. Not fair that people cannot use portal due to this, especially given the cost of the game and the attrocious launch if you bought the game via EA!!
