Portal bug. Vehicles not spawning.

Ever since season 2 dropped I've had problems with portal servers not spawning in vehicles. I've tried so many maps to try and fly the little bird, but none of them actually works. I've tried highly recommended maps, and still no luck. Thought this must be a bug. Anyone else out there who might know what's going on?
