Ps5 crackling audio

Hi all so every since season 1 there has been an awful crackling noise and I was wondering if there's any fix,

I play on ps5 and the crackling noise appears when explosions happen or whenever there's a huge firefight.

Its been happening ever since season 1 and iv contacted ea support I contacted PlayStation support I also have put out multiple posts on here and iv seen multiple posts on here regarding the same thing and there have been no answers, iv seen PC users get replies from ea members but not seen any ea replies under the console reports, 

Starting to wonder if they have just forgotten about the console community.
