Purchased Battle Pass, lost coins, no battlepass

I purchased coins in game to get the battlepass, but I do not have the battlepass and the game prompts me to still buy it and all the content besides free items are locked. Nor do i have the coins left to repurchase it. Not sure how to proceed.
