Well, I figured it out. What a **bleep**in joke. Either EA_Shepherd's post on Steam was just outright bull**bleep**, or leadership on the dev side doesn't have a clue. Hopefully I'm able to get my refund, but either way it'll be the last EA game I pay for. Just terrible.
