Random Stuttering and Unplayable - CPU/GPU/VRM?

The game is unplayable with or without overclocked settings.

Specs: i5-9600k 3.7(overclocked 4.7), 32 GB DDR4 2400(overclocked 2700), RTX 2070 Super(overclocked Mem+500 Core80).

I tried almost every tweak out there(user.cfg, etc), and none worked. Check out the video for more details.

Any updates on this particular issue?

  • Also, I am running the game on low settings. These issues don't seem present in the firing range.

  • Description of issues: Random stop-and-go freezing. The sensation of sliding uncontrollable to due latency, frames, or something else. Other players seems to move and play normally. Besides the lack of control, shooting seems mostlty unaffected; the gun still reacts to the trigger being pulled and hits the target.

  • No issues during the beta or on release day. This started happening a day after release.
