RANK UP BUG

Last night i hit level 199 i get on this morning im de ranked back to level 198 im not even getting double XP anymore and when i tried to restart my game because i saw my double xp wasnt working i lost all my progress on level 198 again im literally back to the beginning of level 198 for the 3rd time
