Ranked BR broken. Infinite queues, unable to play the mode

Hello EA Games developers,

The beginning of Ranked mode has been very troubled. The gameplay is okay despite the bugs that are happening, but what is really damaging the experience is that we are unable to play the mode.

Many players, especially after reaching Silver — but mostly Gold rank — are unable to play because they get stuck in an infinite queue and cannot find a lobby.

I understand that the game mode is still in development and currently part of the BF6 Labs, but I think fixing the matchmaking system should be one of your top priorities as soon as possible.

When players are unable to queue and play Ranked Battle Royale, they will either migrate to other games or stop playing completely. If that happens, the remaining gold players who are still trying to queue will also struggle to find matches because there will not be enough players to form a 100-player lobby.

As a result, the cycle will continue, and eventually there simply won’t be enough active players for the ranked system to function properly.

Because of this, there should probably be a hotfix as soon as possible to temporarily remove the current ranked matchmaking restrictions and allow free matchmaking in Ranked Battle Royale, without considering player ranks for now, while a better long-term solution is being developed.
