Re: ***Lack of Support - Still Can't play the game***

Ok, i suppose you already did a Memtest to see if the RAM are stable, maybe reseat the RAM sticks to eliminate a slot/connection issue. I have crashes not at start but after 15-30min, Debug Mode fixed that for me,  have you tried Debug Mode already.

Here's a few other things that can help that aren't on your list:

- Disconnect or disable unnecessary peripherals (USB devices, non-essential drives).

- Temporarily disable integrated graphics, forcing the game to initialize only the main GPU.

 - Boot into safe mode with networking and attempt a minimal launch. Launching Bf6 there checks if
background apps or drivers are causing the crash, if it still crashes, it’s a game bug, not your PC.
Well, this is just to be 100% sure, we all know it's the game! Only thing weird is you crash at launch.

If after this and all you already did nothing works, i guess only thing to do is wait for a EA fix, imo it's clearly a Bf6 engine/Anti cheat issue. There's simply nothing else you can do. Maybe if you have another GPU laying around, try if this one changes anything.

Thank you for the advice. The ram is stable, I have not ever had an issue with games before, this is the first one. That was the first think I checked.

I can't take my GPU out, its hardline water-cooled. I would have to drain it to do so. I might check the bios to see if I can turn it off or not.

Yes you should disable the integrated GPU and see if it does anything, if not i would re-enable it. I believe you need to search for IGPU in BIOS. A GPU or iGPU handoff failure during startup can cause crashes if the system momentarily switches between the two or the driver fails to initialize properly. So it's valid to try it out.

For me it's the same, i never had any crashes except for Bf2042 has exactly the same issue, but this one i was able to fix with the graphic settings if i recall correctly, the Bf6 one is way more severe. I think it has to do with their Anti Cheat, Apparently it scans the system every half hour or something and this triggers the issue. Set your GPU as dedicated in your AMD settings, and energy mode on 'prefer maximum performance' (no automatic settings, automatic is bad for gamers) . These are also all my own settings for optimalization for gaming so i recommend to leave these settings as is. Also, if you have you game on steam, do another integrity file check and if it doesn't show a result at the end, do another, i did today, first one no result at end, second one result and it repaired a file.

So i would recommend to do all these settings at the same time: Check file integrity first, Set your GPU as dedicated, energy mode prefer maximum performance, -11dx, Debug Mode, If it still doesn't work try again with disabled IGPU in BIOS.

So if i understand correctly, your game doesn't start at all, right? If you manage to start the game, here are my graphic settings, these settings reduce the risk for crash and also will give you the best fps and smoothness. Vignette you can leave off if you want, i enabled it because the lightning in this game is terrible and some actions or sun reflection blinds and can't see anything for a couple of seconds, this game has by far the worst lighting i've ever seen in any game, Vignette on fixes it. If none of this works, i have no clue what to do more, there are some things you can do like disable XMP and all that but i personally wouldn't touch all of this, i don't think any game is worth starting to lower the performance of your pc that affects your entire devices performance, buy a high end gaming pc then lower performance, duh! EA needs to come with a patch ASAP and fix this, there are literally hundred of people, if not thousands with this issue. Oh, also make sure you disable all overlay's.

Let me know if a miracle happened and your game works! GG's

Wait, is that the error message you get? So you have the game on EA, and this is your issue. This isn't the DXGI error you are dealing with this is an EA app error. Let me guess, you didn't launch this app for a very long time before Bf6. EA uses a session token to keep you logged in. If that token expires or gets corrupted, the EA app can fail to launch games, showing this 'failed to launch' without a clear reason. Logging out and back in, or clearing the cache, refreshes the token, which usually fixes this type of error.

    - Run EA App as admin (right click EA app)
    - Clear cache
    - Log out/in
    - Then repair the game,

Then restart computer. This should normally fix this error.

Each step fixes a different issue, so run them in order.

As last resort if none of this works, reinstall EA app: Uninstall EA app - Delete these two EA folders (C:\programdata <- hidden folder - Electronic Arts and C:\users\yourusername\appdata\local\Electronic Arts

(Then prepare yourself for when the DXGI issue starts, anyway...absolutely set the graphic settings and GPU setting i gave you)

Ok bro, this better work! Let me know.

My game is crashing roughly 30 minutes into a game, I think it might do with scanning the system as you mentioned. It may overloaded GPU ram and leaked to operating ram and causing a crash.
What it appears on my end is that the game will first go in freeze, and my PC will go black screen and restart on itself, the next thing I see on screen is BIOS page lmao.
which looks very familiar to a memory leak issue, I had a similar issue with exact symptom when playing the last of us part 1 on PC, which is also a memory-demanded game. That issue sovled by setting graphics to low.
I tried setting graphics to low in bf6, but it didnt work, any idea on a solution?
    some other solutions i tried:

    1. Following EA's official tutorial for a clean boot revealed that the anti-cheat service wasn't running either, preventing the game from launching.
    2. Secure boot is enabled.
    3. No storage pool.
    4. Battlefield 6 has been added to the Windows Security Trusted List. For instance, if any settings are marked as ‘On’—particularly ‘Force randomisation for images (Mandatory ASLR)’—select ‘Override system settings’ and toggle it to ‘Off’.
    5. Reinstalled graphics card drivers
    6. Disabled XMP overclocking for memory, manually set memory frequency
    7. Disabled other anti-cheat programmes potentially running in the background
    8. Disabled NVIDIA Smooth Motion / all AI frame generation features
    9. Restarted, reinstalled, verified game file integrity
    10. Both system and graphics card drivers updated to latest versions
