Banned from Battlefield 6 for no reason...

Hi!How can I contact someone from EA, who can help me with mine and my's gf's problem?I preordered BF6, played it on the release day, with no problem at all, I bought it on Steam.Yesterday (12 of Oct) I bought it for my gf too via Steam as a gift. We were having no issues with the game at all. I wanted to play this morning (13 of Oct), got a message that my account is permanently banned. Well, she just started to play FPS games like 2 months ago, she uses to get killed in every match like 20 times, and got maybe 2 or 3 kills...What are you guys doing there?I bought the game for 70 USD. Twice. And got this? Really?We love this game, and I won't let my hard earned money to get wasted because of the fault of others.Please contact me, and let's solve this issue.

I've gotten banned as well with nothing in the penalty history. Lot's of people are facing this.&nbsp;

Same issue here mate, purchased it yesterday via EA Play Pro.

Downloaded it via EA app on PC - played 2 games with no game chat or voice chat just me playing, not very good KD's over both games either.

Went off, came back on to play in the evening and was hit with a ban notification. I've logged in to my ban section on the website and nothing is showing there either so can't appeal.

Seems like it's happening to quite a few so hopefully EA sort it out soon enough, not a good start to the game.

FYI you can contact support by going through the form and chosing a game other than BF6 so use like BF 2042 or BF labs it should then give you the option to e-mail or chat. They're not that helpful though...

There do seem to be a lot of peole being banned for no reason. It looks like it might be connected to using controllers with back paddles like scuff or Ellite. EA refuses to provide any info, there are quite a few people on this thread.

To everyone who can only respond with "you must have cheated, I've never been banned", that's what we all thought. I've played every BF game have a 16 year old EA account and am a 42 year old gamer dad who has no interest in cheating and just wanted to play with his son.

I buy from ea and and game don’t work and I refunded and buy from steam and my Ea was same account maybe that why I get banned. I was inn settings 5 min I get banned
