Can't earn xp on Multiplayer, 574 xp every game. Glitch/Bug

NOT GAINING XP AS OF 2XP EVENT!! 574XP NO MATTER THE PERFORMANCE IN GAME. NOT PLAYING PORTAL, REGULAR MULTIPLAYER BREAKTHROUGH. 

I am currently level 237 on PS5 legit, as of this mornings release of the 2xp event, i was gaining +120,000 xp per match. Decided to use both a Career and Hardware 2xp tokens, after they expired I've not gained XP, only says 574 xp each game. Cant level up account or weapons obviously. 

I DO NOT play PORTAL, this is regular searching multiplayer breakthrough. I have reinstalled the game on the ps5, every gamemode, restarting/rebooting all connected devices, a different account tracks xp fine. 

This must be fixed immediately it's completely game breaking to an egregious degree!
