The simple but requires money fix for me as recommended on different related threads was to use a VPN. Immediately started working yesterday for me. Not sure the best one out there but I signed up for NordVPN and was able to go into a match right after enabling. Didn’t have to relaunch the game or repair files. Clearly something is still up with servers, network interactions from the game, etc. but if you can install a VPN, I recommend it to just get back to playing.
