dont have 12 Hardware 12 Career 60-minute Boosters for EA App launch stuff up
I have been in contact with tech support for this problem but now i am at stage were tech support whats to start a live chat with me but their link they sent to my email does not work & there is not a link in my ticket case to contact live chat i keep replying to my case saying that their link does not work but all i get is the same email back this a joke
 1. Sign in to your EA Account.
    2. Go to My Cases.
    3. Select your existing case from the list, then choose Resume Case to start a chat with an advisor.
My case does have a resume case button the only choice i have is close case
Why does EA make this so Fing hard
