RECON UAV Perk not working.

Since the February 1.2.1.0 update the UAV level 4 perk is not working...

It says I have achieved it, but then once clicking to activate it the mobile control pops up and you can hear the click but the UAV doesn't actually deploy.

I'm wondering if anyone else is getting the same issue?

I think the perk is only available on a 'timed' basis -- you cannot use it all the time

I'm fully aware its a use once then get EXP back to be able to use it again...
Once i press it to use it It never actually appears in the sky or paints people on either map.
