Refund request due to no resolution, no tickets generatable.

I REALLY WISH Battlefield 6 on PC Premium edition to work but for the little time I have played it I crashes more than the amount of games I have played.

I have nothing to show for any support, around 15 error reports submitted and NO errors in any event viewer/dbg files for the highest tier of game, man I really shot myself in the foot for this purchase. guess I'll learned a valueable lesson about EA games and support. AVOID like the plague.
