Remove the "PERSISTENT SERVER" from the portal.

The persistent server shouldn't be a thing and needs to be removed. All it does is fill up the server space with empty lobbies because some kid doesn't want to have to re-host whatever server they started. Bottom line if the server isn't being used then it needs to be shut down so other people can host. Some friends and I are just trying to practice flying and can't even host a server due to the 100s of empty servers. At least a mechanism where if the server isn't logged into for so many hours, then is auto shuts down the server.
