Reocurring Brief Freeze & Crash To Desktop

Started happening to me yesterday. I have already played for over 100 hours with no stability problems. I think the update from yesterday or the day before is negativley impacting some of us. The game is practically unplayable right now. I had steam check file integrity, and it did find some corrupted files. But fixing that did nothing, and reinstalling also did not fix my issues.
