Things to check
1.Check your Xbox subscription: Make sure your Xbox Game Pass Core or Ultimate subscription is active and hasn't expired.
2.Force license resynchronization: Sign out of your Xbox profile completely on your console, restart your Xbox, and then sign back in. This will force the Xbox network to re-authenticate your game license.
3.Check your EA account linking: Go to ea.com and log in to your account settings. Check the "Connections" tab and make sure your current Xbox gamertag is correctly linked to your EA account.
