Reset/Unlink a nonexistent email to my PlayStation account

My PlayStation Network user account is linked to my brother’s old college email and old phone number. Neither of the two exist anymore, the email got deleted and he changed his phone number. 
I am unable to play online without logging into EA. And since my PlayStation is linked, it only lets me sign into the nonexistent email. The password, he does not remember. 
I cannot change email or password or phone number or add a second email through the EA website without the two-factor authentication he had set up with that email and phone number. 
how can I get passed this, it is the most annoying thing. I can’t play online battlefield, or FIFA games or any EA games on my PlayStation without putting in this password.
