Rewards for Road to BF6 are not unlocked in BF6

Question

As I've completed the full "battlepass" related to the Road to BF6 in BF2042, I was expecting to log into BF6 (bought on the same steam account) and to find the skins available. However, none of the rewards from the "battlepass" (and even beta in this regards) are unlocked.
As per example we can take the "Commander" engineer skin from BF6 - it is unlocked for me in BF2042 via the pass, however it is locked in BF6.

I've checked the inbox and there are the messages for receiving the Road to BF6 and Beta rewards, however I cannot interact with them in any way (no "claim" button).

Same here,the skins are not even showing up in the loadout/ appearences screen for me, they are simply not there! I bought the game on PS5 and unlocked all the content on the ps5 as well... So accounts are linked

Still having this issue because I also cant get my rewards and now after sending a support ticket the message that I received the rewards is now gone, bummer.
