Decided to hang fire on buying the battlefield Pro but ended up buying it however I came to find that anything which was "unlocked" but required pass prior to buying including the event was not given and still locked even though it says its unlocked , anyone aware of a way to fix this
Came here because a friend and i are having the same issue.
Same issue, messaged support and they are genuinely and intentionally unhelpful. Claimed the game has a "self-healing feature that should grant any missing content once you've restart the game and/or their Console/PC."
Despite my missing content having been missing for days. Other than reinstalling bf6 I see no other option other than to wait or file for a refund on it.
Unfortunately tried this but still no change which is disappointingand. I would like to think that once sorted that the rewards will just get flooded through from season and event, but if not its rather discouraging to purchase anymore off the store if I can't garentee that I will receive the contents that i bought
